This competition is being run by Zugu's parent company (Cheapflights Ltd).
In order to participate, entrants must either enter through the contact form on www.facebook.com/Zugu or by using the #zugu hashtag on Twitter. Entry to the free competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and is legally binding.
The closing date for entries is Friday 5th March 2010. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
The first correct answer will be selected as the winning entry. The winner will be informed on or before the 14th May 2010. The prize winner is required to accept his/her prize by email within ten days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, a supplementary winner may be chosen at the promoter's discretion.
This promotion is open to UK and Irish residents aged 18 years and over who hold a valid passport. Employees of Cheapflights Ltd, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion is excluded from entering the promotion. The promoter (Cheapflights Ltd) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
Prize: There is one prize of "2 flights to anywhere departing from the UK" worth a maximum monetary value of £1500. The winner will be sent a cheque for the full amount of £1500 four weeks after the 14th May 2010. The winner will be able to book travel with this money directly. Cheapflights Ltd will not be responsible for booking or arranging travel. All additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the prize winner and it is the winner's and his/her companion's responsibility to supply valid passports, visa and vaccinations as appropriate. The promoter strongly advises all travellers to take out valid travel insurance.
The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
Cheapflights Ltd shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on any Cheapflights Ltd website.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of Cheapflights Ltd shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first correct entry will be selected as the winner and awarded the prize, and the prize has been made available for distribution.
